Should you decide to sell your home, I will assist you in getting the price and terms that you want. In addition to using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I will use the top 2 search engines, Google and YouTube, as well as, other marketing products.

Ray was highly recommended by a co-worker. We were relocating from out of state, and he was so easy to work with. Ray listened to what our needs were and was very patient answering all our questions. (Also, so patient when we were looking at homes and our 10 yr old was getting antsy!) Ray was always prompt when responding either via email, phone or text - even responding well into the late hours! He is a fount of real estate knowledge, and gave us other great recommendations for services you will need after the sale i.e. lawn care, pest control etc. He helped us find our perfect home, and we couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Ray and use his services again. Thanks Ray!

Best agent I've ever worked with!!! When I listed my home for sale [as a FSBO], I received written offers from 4 different buyers, and I was able to witness how wildly different the quality of real estate agents really is. Ray's skill as an agent is one of the primary reasons I was able to sell my house to his client. I had higher offers on my house that fell through because the other real estate agents didn't know how to facilitate negotiation. Ray was an excellent negotiator, and helped both sides feel like winners the entire time. Other agents brought their offers to the table seeming to expect the deal to fall through (and those deals did fall through, partly because of their agents). Ray smoothed things over for both sides, and the deal went through. Between signing our contract and closing, a global pandemic happened. Bankers and other parties seemed distracted, but Ray was able to stay on top of everybody and make sure people stayed on task. Ray was always patience with me!
