Ray represented us in the purchase of a new home and the sale of our our old home. Our situation was a little bit complicated as we were looking for something very specific and hard-to-find in the new home. We didn't want to put our old house up for sale until we were ready to buy, but wanted to sell it quickly when the time came. Ray talked us through the strategy for doing so, explained everything clearly, and made it all happen. Once we found the right place to purchase, he sold our house quickly and got us an excellent price.

Perhaps Ray's greatest strength as a realtor comes through via his experience as a contractor. If you want his opinion of a house, he can quickly tell you whether it's well built and maintained. Overall, Ray got us good deals on both the purchase and the sale, explained everything along the way, and made sure everything happened without delay. I hope we never move again, but if we do, we will hire Ray.
