For the last 5+ years, my husband and I were working with Linda and Ray Carnevali for our rental apartments. They were always very kind to us, finding good tenants and taking care of our contracts. I am very happy with the outstanding job Linda and Raymond Carnevali did with the sale of my late parents' home in Monroeville, PA. The home was sold in less than one month after listing.

Linda and Raymond are family and Linda told me she loved the house since her first visit at age six. She was extremely helpful in preparing the home to be listed. It was my parents' dream home and I loved living in it.

They assessed the home concerning various upgrades that were necessary as the house was outdated in some areas and yet aesthetically beautiful in many of the architectually designed features. The beauty and uniqueness of such features as redwood slanted ceiling beams in the main living area and the wrap around stone wall through the entryway, kitchen, dining area and into the main living area with a log burning fireplace.

Linda and Raymond organized an in-home sale after all family members had taken what they wanted. There was a lot left to sell and the Carnevale team organized, set-up, advertised and ran the sale.

They took care of everything that was left after the two week-end sale. From disposing what was left to the final cleaning of the house was handled by Linda and Raymond.

I live in Connecticut and my siblings are in state. I was included in major decisions and I told Linda during each call how impressed I was with how she and Raymond handled the entire sale.

I highly recommend Linda and Raymond Carnevali and their realty knowledge and skill.

Linda and Raymond went way beyond my expectations to sell my parents' house! They had answers for our hard questions, recommended professionals for all of our needs and helped us with the estate sale. They were easy to reach when I had questions and always pleasant to deal with. They staged the house and brought many items from their collection to help with that. We had an offer in 4 days. Raymond and Linda were truly amazing! We relocated from Texas, and they were there for us throughout every step of the process. It was invaluable to have their many years of experience, advice, and expertise to rely on as we navigated an entirely new city, often from a thousand miles away. They worked nonstop to help us find the perfect home, and they made the process feel exponentially less stressful. They were always available to answer our MANY questions and truly made us feel like the most important clients and that finding our perfect home was just as much of a priority to them as it was to us. We have a 3 year old, and they treated him like family and they were so thoughtful and accommodating to his needs as well. Raymond was so wonderful and patient with him, and Linda was always looking for ways to make things easier for us.
