Ray is a graduate of the University of Michigan. Majored in industrial and operations engineering with a minor in economics. Ray worked for seven years in the engineering consulting field. He started his real estate career part time as an investor. He went on to flip around forty houses in the metro Detroit area. Ray owns a number of rental houses.
