About Reah

Reah Land Smith has been an agent at Lake Keowee Real Estate since 2013, after working in real estate operations since 2010. Specializing in waterfront home sites, new construction, custom home construction, and existing home sales, Reah has a robust knowledge of the specific intricacies of Lake Keowee ownership.

Born and raised in Seneca, SC, Reah attended Seneca High School and studied at the University of South Carolina. In 2007, Reah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Retailing. Returning to the Upstate after graduation, Reah began her career in management in big box retail and gained well-rounded experience in customer service.

As part of the Lake Keowee Real Estate team, Reah has launched new waterfront developments through our land developer partner, Crescent Communities. Having participated in developing a community from raw land to waterfront dream homes provides her with an exceptional understanding and analysis of all the communities around the 300 miles of shoreline. Reah's buyers appreciate her specific knowledge of waterfront purchases, from facilitating septic and dock permits for lot sales to understanding current shoreline management rules for purchasing an existing waterfront home. As a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, Reah is committed to continuing education for the specifics of the market.

Understanding the ever-changing technology landscape in the real estate industry is one of Reah's most potent abilities. Reah's marketing plan and service to seller clients follow a technology-driven strategy, including Matterport 3D Home Showcases with Virtual Reality capability and listing video production. An in-depth understanding of market conditions and trends gives Reah's clients an advantage in a competitive waterfront market.

Reah is a leader in the real estate industry and is committed to improving industry standards. She has served as the South Carolina Realtors' 2021 Secretary, 2022 Treasurer, 2023 President-Elect, and 2024 President. Appointed to the National Association of REALTORS Resort and Second Home Committee in 2017, Reah travels to national meetings twice annually to work as a team on issues affecting these specific markets. She has served on the South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCR) Legislative Committee. She has multiple years of service and served as Chair of the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS Legislative and REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC). Reah is a continued Major Investor in RPAC, which advocates for private property rights and the American dream of home ownership. As a 2016 graduate of the Leadership SCR, Reah intends to continue service in leadership roles in the industry and her community.
