Native Memphian prides himself in putting his community in Good Hands! A proud product of the public-school system, Realis graduated with honors from Whitehaven High School in 1994 and received an academic scholarship to attend the University of Memphis. In 1998, he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management. Tiger for Life! Upon graduation, Realis spent most of his early career with American General Financial Services. He began that career as an entry level financial representative and was ultimately promoted to District Manager. His responsibilities included managing $54 million in receivables for 8 consumer/real estate lending agencies across Memphis, Jackson, and Humboldt TN. It is the 9-year American General tenure where he gained most of his business knowledge/skills, developed relationships, and ultimately prepared him for entrepreneurship. In March of 2008, he decided to take all of his experience and pour it into his own destiny. He is currently owner of Realis Sanders Allstate Insurance Agency where he protects and manages thousands of customer's assets across TN, MS, and AR. He is no stranger to faith, hard work, and dedication. He opened his agency 14 years ago from scratch and during the economic/housing crisis. Through hard work and steadfast focus, he managed to grow his agency to the level it is today despite all the challenges. Accolades such as Rookie Agent of the Year, multiple Honor Ring Awards, and National Conference Awards are just a few of the accomplishments earned by his agency. Realis believes that it is his duty to educate our community on the importance of protecting their assets and ensuring every family's legacy. He has always had a passion for helping others pursue their dreams and aspirations. What a great career to venture into and do just that! The goal was to maximize all of his prior experience in entrepreneurship, customer service, and marketing skills to the real estate industry. September 2017, Realis Sanders Keller Williams Realty launched! Over the past 6 years, Realis has assisted families realize their dream of homeownership and real estate goals.
