Living in Vestavia and previously in Homewood for 25 years, I have an insider’s perspective on the local neighborhoods, property values, and service providers. My local network allows me to find off-market properties and successfully close deals. Real estate is not just a job for me; it's a passion. I've been an avid investor since 2001, having purchased, renovated, and sold numerous vacation rental properties along the coasts of Florida and Alabama. My experience enables me to evaluate return on investment and develop action plans for renovations. I pride myself on being warm, service-oriented, and always available to my clients. With a degree in Business and as a full-time agent, I understand the importance of organization, reliability, and responsiveness in providing superior representation. I am always looking to refine my knowledge and skills, which is why I pursued certifications as a Relocation Specialist and Real Estate Negotiator, enhancing my ability to negotiate optimal results for my clients. Outside of real estate, I am committed to giving back to my community through volunteer work at Feed Birmingham, Children’s Hospital, and Trinity United Methodist Church.
