We recently purchased our dream home in Durango, CO and Kathy was a big part of that endeavor! She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, and was a great help each step of the way. She is very professional and we always had the sense that she was looking out for us. She put our interests first, making sure we got the right property at a fair price. She went above and beyond what was expected of her, doing research on the house, digging deep to find information that we needed. She put us in touch with other professionals that we needed for the house inspection, as well as for house projects. She even introduced us to neighbors that she knows, making sure we feel comfortable and welcome in the community. I VERY highly and without hesitation recommend Kathy Hall!!

Rebecca is an amazing person and real estate agent.
I found Rebecca on google and reached out to her.
She quickly responded and asked for details of what I was looking for in a home.
That followed with a list properties that were on the market that matched my desire.
We quickly started scheduling time to view homes. She took the time to do video walk throughs and FaceTime with me so that I wouldn’t have to travel to see the home.(I lived 3 hours away from where I was looking to move).
She also has a great memory and would remember things that I said I liked in a home and mention them as she viewed homes with the same features. I felt like we built a friendship through the entire process. Her patience with me is unmatchable. I highly recommend that you have her as your agent.

Wow! What a great two month journey we've had with Kathy "Kat". Kat listened to our needs and wants, then guided us to homes that met those needs. Real estate is in short supply here in Durango, but Kat found us a beautiful place that met ALL our needs and wants. If you want an agent who is truly there for you, Kat is that person.

My husband and I were traveling in Durango visiting friends and saw a house on the internet that looked really cool. We wanted to see the house and just contacted the real estate site and were assigned to Rebecca Applegate. I was originally hesitant to use a randomly assigned agent until we met her when we viewed the house. Not only did we fall in love with the house, but we were very impressed with Rebecca and her knowledge. Meeting Rebecca, and having her as our agent was the most serendipitous thing that could have happened. Buying a house in another state, from a distance, is extremely stressful. Rebecca ended up being perfect, as she was the consummate professional, extremely attentive, responsive, and anticipatory. She walked us through the entire process over multiple weeks, calmed our nerves, and gave us excellent advice on offers and counteroffers. She de-stressed the entire process for us. Although the sellers were complicated, she ran interference on multiple issues so we could concentrate on selling our home in another city. We just closed on our new Durango home and are extremely grateful to Rebecca for making the process efficient and painless. We can not recommend her highly enough.
