I have been a sales person for over 30 years but going into the process of selling my home was foreign to me. This was only the third home I have ever owned and sold, and also the most expensive of all three.

Rebecca took us thru the process and explained everything along the way. Always suggested things to do, and she has a good eye for what needs to be adjusted to help show the home. She never pressured us to take one of the low ball offers that came in, but respected my experience in sales even though it was not in real estate.

In the end we closed over asking to a wonderful young family. I’m not ready yet to buy or sell another home, but when I do it will be with Rebecca.

Honest, respectful, humble! I challenge you to find someone better.

Rebecca is an ideal realtor. She went above and beyond in helping us. She helped us through the whole process start to finish. So many calls and great advice. Never pushy, she was never in "Sale Mode" it was all thoughtful and reasonable responses. You can tell that she enjoys working with people. Her job is to sell but she is objective, reasonable and gives the customer the most amount of information she can to help the buyer to be able to make and informed decision as to whether that is the house for them then helps them make an informed decision on what would be the best offer to start at. This was my first time selling and buying. Rebecca made this process very easy. I was extremely nervous and she was by my side at all times. Rebecca quickly realized I needed someone to "hold my hand" I was beside myself. She also knew I loved living in Warwick, but did not feel I could find anything I would be able to afford. Rebecca also knew I would love to live in Homestead Village. Last January 2020 I purchased my condo in Homestead Village and could not be happier! Rebecca went above and beyond in selling my house. I had many issues to resolve and she had a list of people to do it. At one point, when we were getting close to closing Rebecca, her husband, children were at my house painting an area which needed to be completed before the new owners would consent to closing. This day turned out to be rainy and snowy but they did this for me. It was such a stressful and difficult time for me, but again Rebecca was a true champion for me. My house sold and then a few days later I closed on my condo. This was a very happy ending! I would certainly recommend Rebecca to anyone who is trying to sell or buy.
