It’s a pleasure to be able to give Rebecca Donaldson a five-star-plus rating. She deserves full credit for orchestrating the successful sale of my house. Throughout the entire process, from listing the house last Fall, through the recent closing, Rebecca was superb! She created an innovative marketing plan that generated ongoing showings. When the market indicated that my initial asking price was too high, Rebecca recommended several well thought out price reductions until we found the “sweet spot” that produced an offer. Her aid was invaluable throughout the negotiations with the buyer. I’ve moved, so when the home inspection contingency turned up some unexpected problems that needed attention Rebecca, being on the spot, took the initiative and was able to arrange a full resolution. In short, not only was Rebecca a consummate professional, but she also acted as if she were a good friend. She routinely exceeded my expectations by going over and above. I can only describe her as a “gem.”
