Rebecca helped me find the perfect HOME in Alta Sierra! Very knowledgeable and pointed out things at different properties I (first time homebuyer) would never have noticed. Multiple members of my family have had the pleasure of having Rebecca as our realtor and will all highly recommend her to others. She did an excellent job of making sure everything escrow related happened in a timely manner and lit a fire under those involved that were falling behind. She took the time to show me houses from the low to high end of the budget and I never felt pressured at any point in the home buying process. 11/10 would use her as a realtor again!

My wife, Sharyn, and I had been looking for that special Victorian home for the past two years. We wanted to eventually move from the SF Bay Area to the Sierra Foothills and enjoy a quieter, less hectic lifestyle. We had looked at several homes in Grass Valley and Nevada City, but for one reason or another, they just did not make the grade. We met Rebecca at her mother’s home in Nevada City, which she had listed for sale. We both took an instant liking to her easy-going sales approach and knowledge of the area. Although I have been a Realtor for 50 years, we asked Rebecca to represent us on a Victorian home that popped up the downtown area of Grass Valley. We toured the home and next day submitted an offer and worked out an acceptable contract. Throughout the entire escrow Rebecca was on top of every aspect of the purchase. She was there 24/7 to answer questions, pass along referrals for inspectors, subcontractors and made the entire purchase a smooth enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a competent, knowledgeable real estate professional, then look no further. You need to call Rebecca to handle your real estate needs.

I'd like to thank Rebecca for outstanding help that allowed us to manage Grass Valley home sale from afar. To avoid moving twice and dealing with potential buyer's tours we've moved out of town before listing our old home. Rebecca arranged all inspections, landscaping maintenance, title work etc. without any need for our presence. All that during still persisting COVID driven difficulties and labor shortages. The transaction closed early with no hiccups. Besides the technical the entire interaction was a very nice experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca for handling real estate transactions.

Rebecca listed my home, while I was also going through a contentious divorce. She managed a very unmanageable situation, with ease and grace. She also has an immense amount of real estate knowledge, having previously been a mortgage loan officer and mortgage company owner. Rebecca is selling our 1880 built 4 unit rental with tenants in the units. This is a complex, challenging property. She has obtained the trust and cooperation of all tenants for showings and inspections. She has promoted the property in numerous media. She had the first showing to a prospective buyer within hours of the listing. Since the first, there have been a goodly number of prospective buyer inquiries and showings. I am confident she will have this property sold for us very quickly and professionally.
