Rebecca is the best real estate agent I’ve worked with for many reasons. She was professional in her approach and showed for our first meeting completely prepared. She knew my neighborhood and the market extremely well and her recommended price was in line with my research. She was straight forward, hard working and went way above and beyond on what ended up being a somewhat frustrating deal.

As a single person working 2 FT jobs, she was sure to keep in contact with me, even when I took a 2-3 month hiatus from house-hunting due to the insanity of the market at the time. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we got Becky as our realtor. Becky was very responsive to every text or call if we had a concern or any questions. Communication is very important especially when your trying to buy your first home and your not very educated on the process. She took the time out to explain things we didn't understand and any property that we wanted to see she set up a viewing immediately. Rebecca helped us list and sell the property we owned in Lafayette, IN. It was such a pleasant experience to work hand in hand with Rebecca on a daily basis to clarify issues as they surfaced and closed these in a timely fashion to ensure there were no impediments to move the process forward. I found her to be very customer focussed and guided us in a professional manner to meet our goals and objectives in a shortest time possible. With her vast experience and customer focus, we were able to attract several interested parties to see our property and within a few days of our listing, we were able to get an offer that met all of our objectives. From there onwards, she worked with us on a daily basis even at odd times to facilitate the transaction and kept all the parties informed of the progress. She did an amazing job in also working with us to develop contingency plan in case the offer did not go through due to one or multiple issues. This allowed us not to put all of our eggs in one basket. Luckily with her help all the issues were resolved in a timely fashion and we were able to sell the property at the listing price. She worked in our best interest and also delivered the goods to our expectations. It was a very positive experience although we had never had the opportunity to work with her earlier. I would recommend Rebecca to any of our friends who need her service in future.
