I started my journey about 2 years ago, looking thru the website and going out to view homes. The market was very completive, and expensive. I was working with someone, but i was still fishing for some who had the go getter drive as me. In just one meeting and conversation with Rebecca Matyash. I could see the immediate chemistry. Her extensive knowledge and people skills make it easy to feel relaxed, during a period in which we were already feeling defeated. Her work ethic and persistence was very much empowering, and contagious. We worked as a team/family to accomplish a goal. Ms. Matyash truly created a Christmas holiday for my wife and kids, making it possible to close on the house in these days. Rebecca made the process of finding and buying our home as stress free and positive as could be. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Rebecca jumped into it with us with full attention and gusto. When we did not even know what area we were focusing on, she was open with suggestions, and also never said no to our ideas that were further away. During our time with her, Rebecca made the time to guide and teach us about the home buying process, and certain aspects of homes we were looking at. There was a lot we didn't know! She armed us with the best knowledge and tools so that we could make the best decision for us.

The home shopping process can be long and difficult, and Rebecca was able to help us find our dream home by listening to our wants (which changed several times!), and getting to know us during showings.

Once our offer was accepted on our property Rebecca continued to be clear and helpful in the next steps, and was always available to talk or meet at the house for various inspections.

Besides her knowledge and work ethic, Rebecca was really fun to get to know. She is warm and open, and we enjoyed her stories, and felt we had a true partnership with her. We would absolutely recommend her for your real estate needs!

Rebecca was wonderful from the first showing all the way through to closing. She helped guide us through the daunting process. Our attorney and Title company were very difficult to deal with, and she got right in there to make sure we had what we needed to close on time. She was patient with us, and was very detailed on what we needed to say and do with the other parties involved. She was funny, personable, and as we worked together, we realized the extent of her knowledge of real estate. I would definitely work with her again. The experience was stressful, but she was our leader who got us into a beautiful condo!

Exceptional real estate agent! Rebecca was very tactful and easy to work with, best of all she was communicative, but never pushy. We dealt with several other real estate agents that were either too aggressive or too relaxed. What I liked most is that she was patient and kind to her clients, yet when Rebecca dealt with the seller’s agent, that’s when her assertive side came out. She really tried her best to bargain a good deal for us. Even my picky two year old took a quick liking to her! My fiancé and I have worked with Rebecca for over a year. She was very patient with us as we were uncertain about what we were looking for. Not only did we supply her with listings we wanted to see, but she even found us some homes she thought we would be interested in.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I would highly recommend her! We went into our search with zero knowledge about what to expect and Rebecca really took the time to make sure we knew what we were doing. She explained the whole contract process in detail and walked us through step by step to make sure we understood / were confident with what we were signing/biding.

We had to put multiple offers on homes due to the extremely hot market and she was there every step of the way with us. We would decide to make an offer at 8PM and she would have the contract ready for us to sign by 10PM that same night! She understands the market and will do everything in her power to get you in your dream home. You can really tell she has a passion for real estate and never makes you feel like your bid is to low/ not good enough.
