After a very long and crazy journey of searching for the best place we FINALLY own our own land!
1️⃣0️⃣BEAutiful acres with this amazing view! It’s been almost 3 months(time flies when remodeling) since we’ve been here and after a long remodel process we finally moved into the house this weekend!

🙌🏻GOD is GREAT!⛪️
Never doubt, always trust that the journey ahead will lead you to where you are supposed to be!

HUGE shout out to our amazing realtor ✨Becky Ruark✨ who stuck with our crazy butts and has answered all of our questions and been there protecting our backs when things got precarious… (because let me tell you we’ve been through crazy stuff over the last 2 years of looking.) But the first 2 properties weren’t meant to be and I’m pretty sure Becky thought we were insane🙈 after the first one… but she stuck with us and I think became just as determined💪🏻 as we did to find the right place we could call home.
I literally could go on and on about how amazing she is with real estate and how awesome she made this whole process for us regardless of what popped up.

Becky was a real joy to work with from day one to the day we moved in, and she stopped by to check on us. In this stressful market for buyers, she was supportive and encouraging. Of course she was professional, good at negotiating, and fighting for us, but she was also very real. Doesn't have any of that business veneer that is sort of creepy.

We love the home that Becky helped us purchase, and our still so happy with the great job she did.

Becky did a wonderful job helping me sell land in Mica, WA (near Spokane). I live in the Seattle area, so I relied heavily on Becky to be my local eyes, ears, and boots! She definitely delivered. Becky is professional and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence and comfort throughout the transaction.

Becky went above & beyond to help me and to get the property sold. For example, she met on-site multiple times with third-parties (such as the power company, the County, neighbors, service providers) to gather information, solve problems, etc. Becky generated creative deal ideas and worked hard from start to finish.

In addition to her strengths described above, Becky is a delight to work with! She is unfailingly positive, polite, and friendly. Becky truly cares about her clients.

I recommend Becky highly to anyone interested in buying or selling property. She's a great resource and a great person.

Becky worked with us for 18 months on a move we were making from out of state to Idaho. She sent us listings via email and personally went to interested homes and Facetimed us while there. She is very responsive to texts and messages. While in Idaho she lined up several homes a day and spent that time with us uninterrupted. Through the process of bid to picking up the keys she was there for us. She is an honest and hard worker and we are so pleased with our new home.
