Rebecca Tallent

Rebecca has spent most of her life in this area and feels like the people here are all her family. She has been in business in the Delta and Montrose area for over 30 years. Her husband, Lynn & she have been in the new construction business since 2000. Rebecca has built many qualities, custom homes in both Delta and Montrose counties and the surrounding Western Slope area. Her homes range in price from entry level to luxury as they pride themselves in making their clients budget and needs work together to create their perfect home. In her real estate business, she specializes in new construction, however, she keeps busy with property management and resale buyers as well. She can coordinate the sale of your current home with the building schedule of your dream home and make it all work for you which will ease the transition. Her favorite part of new construction is choosing the finishing products and coordinating colors of flooring, paint, cabinets and all the other details which can become mind-boggling to some. It is so rewarding to see families take possession of their new home with such excitement and sense of accomplishment.

She also stays busy with various community service organizations because she feels it is so important to give back and to take care of where she lives and the people that share this wonderful area with her. She cherishes the history of our western slope area and believes that the significance of our history helps us live a better life today. Rebecca has two grown children, Derek, and Rachel. She is proud to say that her daughter, Rachel, is also a realtor in the Chicago area. Derek has traveled all over the western United States as a wildland firefighter for the last 10 years. It goes without saying that she is so very proud of him as well. They enjoy spending time with their family, traveling to new adventures, weekends at their cabin retreat, antiquing and vintage cars.
