About Regan

Regan Beegle has worked with virtually every type of real estate client, and she does everything to ensure their success and satisfaction. She adapts to their individual needs, knows how to overcome obstacles, is extremely reliable and communicative, and that’s just the beginning.

Regan’s approach has earned her a spot in the top 1% of Realtors® nationwide in client satisfaction among Trulia and Zillow clients, and readers of the L.A. Times voted her Orange County’s Best Real Estate Agent in 2017 and 2019. Persistence, compassion, transparency, and trustworthiness are qualities that Regan’s clients greatly appreciate. She never regards a client as just another transaction, and she prides herself on spending as much time with them as needed.

Originally from New York, Regan has resided throughout Orange County and attended both Orange Coast Community College and Concordia University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business. She ventured into real estate with her father and brother in 2004. Prior to that, her experience had included pharmaceutical development, real estate development, boxing, and kickboxing training, and early on, founding the Costa Mesa Advisory Committee of Teens.

Regan moved back to New York to work for a Wall Street firm in 2007. There, she was involved in investment banking, capital raising through IPOs and secondary offerings, and trading stocks for high-net-worth individuals. Regan returned to Orange County in 2011, rejoined the family business, and earned her broker’s license. Having been on Wall Street amid the Great Recession of 2008, her insight into real estate and investments has been invaluable to her clients.

Regan has successfully represented buyers and sellers in a multitude of transactions, including traditional home and commercial sales, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, and portfolio sales. She partners with other professionals, such as lenders, who provide financing for a variety of demographics and investment objectives.

Regan’s favorite part of real estate is seeing the happiness on her clients’ faces when they close escrow on the home of their dreams. She’s extremely grateful to be part of such a monumental experience.
