Today's market requires constant education in lender options, appraisal challenges, contract stipulations and neighborhood nuances. I have created an intense marketing program that includes internet advertising, networks, postcards, flyers, etc.

I am a member of the Troup County Board of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. In 2011 and 2019, I was named the REALTOR of the Year in Troup County.
I am a graduate of the Georgia Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy and hold the Graduate, REALTOR Institue (GRI) designation as well as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
