Reggie sold two properties and represented us in the purchase of a property. In all three transactions Reggie was extremely knowledgeable of the market. Our first property sold before listed at a price substantially above expected. The second property was a harder sell, but he remained focused, pursuing a variety of alternatives that ultimately achieved a satisfactory purchase price. Reggie has a warm, calming and kind demeanor which can be very helpful during the stress of the process.
