Regina Castle brings a distinct passion to Chicago real estate. Born and raised in the city, she has been working in the real estate industry for over 35 years. Her experience includes not only brokering, negotiating deals, and safeguarding her clients' investments but also new construction and helping to find her clients the right home that fits their unique needs. Her extensive knowledge of the many neighborhoods and markets throughout the city makes her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers alike.

Working with Regina is getting a broker that puts herself squarely in her clients' shoes. Having worked with over 7,500 families to date, Regina understands that no two clients are the same. In fact, her clients are more than one-time transactions, they're family. As a mother of four kids, she is well-versed in the patience, negotiation, and thorough communication skills necessary during the stressful time of buying or selling a home. She understands the delicate balance of "home" as a financial investment as well as an emotional investment, guiding her clients with expertise and genuine care to make well-rounded and ultimately successful buying and selling decisions.

Regina has been helping people realize their dream homes all across Chicago. Prior to joining @properties Christie's International Real Estate, Regina worked with architects on new construction projects throughout the city and surrounding suburbs, with whom she received many awards. Her Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) training allows her to work successfully with builders and new home buyers alike.

Regina has specialized in the Bridgeport, South Loop, and West Loop neighborhoods since 2009. Regina and her husband Roger have four adult children, and expecting their 5th grandchild. Regina is now known as Nana without borders. She travels back and forth from New York where two of her four children reside or wherever her nana love is needed!
