I can't recommend Reggie highly enough. My wife and I have used her both buying and selling property in the Crested Butte area. Having lived in the upper valley for nearly 40 years, she has a vast network of friends and colleagues in the CB/Mt. CB community and knows the history of almost every piece of real estate in the valley. Reggie is very knowledgeable, extremely efficient ( the ball never stays in her court very long, if ever), easy to work with and perhaps most important she always has a way to move forward with a deal. No matter what the obstacle might be she finds a solution. She also stays in close communication with her clients, we were never left in the dark wondering about a deal, she was on top of every phase and kept us well informed. In my opinion, there simply is not a better real estate agent in the upper valley than Reggie, you certainly will not go wrong by having her on your side

Reggie has been my agent for two purchases over the last ten years and she was outstanding both times. The second purchase was particularly difficult. She worked her butt off for me, and I firmly believe that the purchase would not have happened with a different realtor. I’ve often wondered why real estate agents haven’t gone the way of travel agents, but the second purchase really showed me the value of not only having a realtor, but having a realtor with experience working for you. She was hard working and communicative, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Reggie Masters is one of the hardest working real estate agents you will ever find.
We had a difficult piece of property to sell due to an addition begun without the building permit. It was a seven month process to get all the permits in order, and Reggie was with us all the way through the ordeal.
Many times we had a question about some issue and we would contact Reggie for advice. Sometimes she would respond with "I don't know about that. Let's look into it." Before we could finish working on it ourselves we would get a call or an email from Reggie with the answer and she would walk us us through the process. She worked so hard at all hours of the day and night. If you have a property to sell or are looking for something to buy, this lady will take very good care of you.
