I have worked in various realms of the real estate industry for 37 years. I began my long career history working behind the scenes. It was after years of acquiring knowledge that I found a niche building and managing several real estate teams, as well as, offices. I was responsible for managing the listings, contracts and closings. I have amassed my business by building relationships with sellers, buyers, co-op agents, lenders, title companies and inspectors. I have prepared marketing, preparation of the comparative market analysis for listings, while staying in constant direct contact with buyers and sellers until their needs in real estate were met. I possess excellent written and oral communication skills to generate new leads, win appointments, handle objections and close sales. Presently, I work as a full time real estate agent in the greater Columbus area. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
