Regina is wonderful! My partner and I just purchased our first home and Regina was an amazing help and guiding star every step of the way.

Having Regina on our side as we viewed homes was invaluable. Regina responded with good humor and insightful advice when I would get excited by homes that were extreme fixer uppers, or in one case a hillside covered in trash. Regina has a great eye for spotting features and potential problems in a home. She also shared her expertise on the state of the market in this area, what kind of things we could expect to find, and how each home we were looking at compared. Throughout the process Regina was accessible and responsive to questions.

When our just right home came up for sale, Regina helped us get in to see it and put together an offer in a single day. If we’d waited for the weekend we would have missed it.

Regina went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. When our offer was countered with one that was less than favorable for us she helped us get a fair deal. She made our home purchase as smooth as possible, walked us through every step, and even saved us $10,000. We highly highly recommend Regina!

Regina was recommended to us to help us work through an already difficult situation, and we decided to give her a shot. She quickly earned our trust, and was very communicative and organized in each step along the way. Regina is the best! Her strengths are communication, attention to detail, follow through and having access to all of the resources her clients need. She was able to assist my 87 year old mother with an extremely fast sale of her mobile home. She has very good knowledge that guided her in correct pricing of her home and ultimately a sale over asking price, this during time of increased interest rates.
Her support staff are also amazing, helping us clear her home of extra furniture and things we all collect during 20 years in a home. They went above and beyond in finding ways to recycle or reuse most items which made us happy to know someone else could use them versus just filling up the landfill.
I cannot say enough good things about Regina. She is just the BEST!

We highly, highly recommend Regina Shaw as your real estate broker! This has been our 11th real-estate transaction and Regina has been without question the best agent we have had - and we have had good ones in the past.
Regina is knowledge about the sales process and shared excellent and timely information about current market conditions, which enabled the sale of our home to go fairly easily.
Where she really shined was during our following purchasing process. We are from outside the area and were not familiar with Salinas. She guided us through the selection process with knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, and builders. She was very helpful during purchase negotiations.
Ultimately we chose to purchase a fixer-upper. She helped find contractors, roofers, and other tradesmen. She met with them on our behalf - always sharing needed information with us in a timely manner. She isn't afraid to express her opinion when asked - and we recommend listening carefully to her comments as they come with your best interest, and her considerable knowledge, in mind.

Regina sold my house in Salinas at a great price in a downward-trending market. She did a detailed anaylsis to price the house so it would attract buyers. She did a great job coordinating with her handyman to upgrade the house at a minimum cost and staged the house beautifully for buyers.

She checked the buyers loan documentation carefully to check they were well qualified and negotiated the price to get 10k more than was expected. We closed the house in 3.5 weeks after accepting the offer. I recommend Regina as a seller agent to anyone in the Salinas and the surrounding areas.

The  Day I called Regina Shaw was one of the best things I have ever done.  My brother David and I were searching for a realtor to sell our childhood home after our mother’s passing. Regina had great reviews, and the fact that we were all veterans was just a plus.  How could I have know that she would be the first and last call we’d have to make?  Regina could hear the stress in my voice about all that had to be done before we could show her the house.  She immediately put me at ease. We were told that she could take care of everything, and that we could go home in peace. Boy was she ever right!! She and her team got right to work on fixing, removing, and cleaning up any and everything that was needed.  Not only is she an angel, but her hard working team are the best of the best! Regina was always honest and upfront about every aspect of our listing, which was so greatly appreciated.  Almost daily updates and pictures of the progress made us feel like we were still there. When we thought all the work was done she still had more.  She staged the house so beautifully that it sold the very first day it was listed.  How do you say thank you to someone that saved you? Selling or purchasing a home is a long, tedious process that 99% of the population cannot do on their own. Either process can be very discouraging because of market fickleness and all the legalese that one must review and understand. Therefore, it is important that you partner with the right real estate agent that is willing to understand your needs and situation. In preparing to sell the families childhood home, I decided to interview realtors at the property to see which one really focused on our goals and what we were trying to accomplish. Not having lived in Monterey County for over 25 years, I contacted a friend working in the industry to give me his top 5-6 realtor colleagues that I should consider. Three were interviewed and we chose Regina Shaw – Intero Real Estate Services.

We chose Regina Shaw because she:
•Walked and reviewed the house’s character and charm
•Listened to our story about the house
•Reviewed the updates that we were currently involved in
•Identified some improvement projects that we could eliminate
•Shared her plan and process on moving forward with the sale

After working with Regina, I can wholeheartedly say that would give her a hundred stars if I could. We were buyers and involved in a fast-track search for property in Monterey County, looking at very specific areas with a very specific budget. There wasn't much available, so we widened our search area. I would like to write about the experience I had with Mrs. Regina Shaw. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH HER! My entire dealings with my home, Regina explained to me. Not one time did I feel I was being a bother to her if I didn’t understand something, Regina would break it down and explain it differently to where I did understand. Regina has current credentials and certificates which she gladly will show you to place your mind at further ease. Regina is current and up to date with the new regulations and policies that change throughout the years. She is very smart and has your best interest at heart. She lets you know exactly what she plans to do, with your approval first, and explains the reasons why and also gives you options with explained outcomes. Regina also did not make me feel rushed to move out of my house when I said I would sell after I vacated the home. Regina even came in and staged my home after I moved out so it could help potential buyers paint a picture of their future home, like model homes do. Regina stays on top of everything and I literally felt that I had no worries. Regina was giving me status updates before I even asked for them, which I loved. If you want an honest, go getter, who looks out for you as her client, dont look any further because you will be wasting your time with anyone else. She has all good quality traits of being the best of what she does in the real state businesses. She puts her customer first above all else. She was very responsive in all the details of the transactions.
