My wife and I just closed on the sale of our house and we couldn’t be more pleased with the time, effort, and results that our agent, Ms. Regina Trakhtman, provided. Regina took the time to listen to our near-term and long-term plans before coming up with a recommended plan. After spending a couple of in-person hours reviewing the plan and answering our countless questions we moved forward. Based on Regina’s knowledge, experience, and research, she listed our house at a much higher price than we believed was possible. Her suggestions paid off immensely as we received multiple well-above asking price contracts within a couple of days. Throughout the prepping of our house for sale, listing it, reviewing contracts, and closing, Regina was there every step of the way offering her expertise. We can’t thank Regina enough!!

I must admit that I haven't (yet) used Regina's services to sell or purchase a home, but I have no doubt that she cares very much for her clients. When I saw that she was listing my childhood home, I sent her a message to ask if she'd be willing to give me a virtual tour. I certainly wasn't a prospective buyer, and her time was very precious, but she got back to me immediately and agreed to give me a sentimental walk down memory lane, taking time out of a very busy day to do so. It was clear to me that Regina is a pleasure to work with, and I've already recommended her services to some friends.

Regina is a powerhouse to put it simply. She is more than “just another realtor”. She is fully knowledgeable about the market, very decisive, patient, and a fierce negotiator. Her contacts in the industry are top notch. Buying and selling simultaneously is stressful enough, but having Regina at the helm made all the difference in the world. Because of her we were able to complete cosmetic updates in preparation for the listing (with help from Regina with managing and financing the renovations...super helpful!), have amazing professional pictures taken, get our home under contract just 5 days after listing with an offer ABOVE asking price, find the perfect home and get our contract accepted, and complete settlement for both properties on the same day.
We knew Regina handled luxury properties and at first wondered how she would treat our “little old town house”, but she did not disappoint and we never felt unimportant. If you’re looking for the best of the best, Regina is it!

We would definitely recommend Regina to our family and friends. She is a wonderful realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate market. Our house was under contract in just two days with multiple offers, and we sold it above the asking price. I attribute this in large part to Regina’s hard work and expertise. We also really appreciated her responsiveness. She was always easy to reach and always returned our calls/texts within an hour or two. Thank you, Regina, for going above and beyond to sell our house!
