Renae Cowdell

Originally from St Louis, Missouri, Renae moved to the Daytona Beach area as a teenager with her family. She immediately fell in love with our mild weather, beautiful beaches and all the fun festivities that living in the Daytona Beach area had to offer. She later married and chose to raise her family in Ormond Beach. Renae and her family enjoy the year round sunshine and mild climate and frequently take part in all of the outdoor activities available to them. They love the beach, golfing, boating, and fishing to name a few, and love to enjoy them year round!
After a long and successful career in the grocery industry, Renae and her husband sold their business and decided to do some real estate investing. She immediately found her calling! She and her husband began buying, selling, renting, and rehabilitating homes. She found the dramatic transformations in these properties to be very exciting! Renae truly enjoys all facets of real estate and knows that superior customer service, attention to detail, and working diligently to exceed her customers’ expectations are, and will always be, the key to her success. Now, working on the sales side, Renae is truly excited to help buyers find that perfect home for their family and help investors purchase a sound investment.
