Patience, trustworthy and honest are the top three words that come to mind when I think of Rene. The process of buying a house was stressful from start to finish but with the reassurance from Rene, we were able to get the house we went after. No question was stupid, nor did he ever get tired of answering the same question over and over. We were in a bit of a time crunch, so we had to see houses during the week, on Sundays; whenever we could. And Rene never complained, ever!!! He wasn't afraid to go toe to toe with the sellers. And even got us to step out of our comfort zone of what we thought we wanted.

If you want to work with someone is more like a friend than a real estate agent, Rene Guzman is your guy! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!!! 😀

René went above and beyond to try and get me the best possible price for my apartment in Maryland. Due to my HOA company, we had to change some things and he even went on his own on a Sunday with his family to get the last couple things done so it could close correctly and on time.
He's very polite but clear at the same time and transparency is key in these types of transactions. I was a first time seller and he answered every question I had, even the ridiculous or redundant ones as I was/am ignorant and new to the subject.
That type of effort really makes a difference!
I would now consider him more as a friend than a real estate agent and has even tried helping me with some land I have in another state even though raw land is not normally what he works with.

100% recommended hands down!
