Renee Anderson

Renee Anderson was raised in the Vesper/Pittsville area on a 2nd generation cranberry marsh. After graduating from Lincoln High School, she moved to Fort Campbell, KY to live the military life until that chapter came to a close and it was time to move back to her roots and raise a family. Renee was blessed to be a stay-at-home Mom for 10 years but when her youngest was almost 2, she had the desire to try something else.

In 2013 Renee became a licensed Realtor and Realtor Assistant to a local agent who has since retired. Being in that position, he was able to learn about all aspects and sides of many types of real estate transaction. Renee loves working with people and being part of those life's moments; even the difficult ones. Talking with clients about their plans and dreams; whether buying or selling is what she loves the most about her life.

Since then, Renee has continued to grow and gain experience in all aspects of real estate. Learning and working with other Realtors in the area has helped her be a better Realtor and understand the importance of truly listening and getting to know your clients. As a realtor, she likes to continue to learn and stay up to date on all the changes that occur in her local and state market, along with changing laws, procedures, and new technology. In 2019, she earned her GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute) which has given her new skills and knowledge when working with buyers and sellers.

With being a full-time licensed Realtor, she is able to show properties, negotiate offers, list properties and to be there when you need her and when it works for your schedule. Renee always loves meeting people and learning about their wants and needs while earning their trust as you work through the buying or selling process together. Renee has made wonderful friendships throughout her years as a realtor, and she looks forward to making many more!

In 2019, Tonya Olson and Renee partnered up and became Legacy Realty at NextHome Partners. Tonya and Renee are looking forward to all the adventures, both good and bad, that arise in the buying and selling process. Their goal is to provide “Customer Care Beyond Compare.” Their legacy will be determined by how well they help each of their clients achieve their goals and dreams. They look forward to hearing from you anytime you have real estate questions or interest, as well as your recommendations when you hear of others who may benefit from their services and knowledge.

Away from work when Renee has a spare moment, she loves spending time with her husband, 4 kiddo’s, 3 step kiddo’s and 1 ADORABLE granddaughter whenever they can get them all together. She also enjoys various adventures on the river or UTV excursions with her husband. Aside from that when she is not cleaning up dog hair from their two ginormous labs, she loves creating projects for her husband and her to do around the house which never seem to end.
