Hello, if you are are reading this review, you are probably looking for a Realtor that's trustworthy, dependable and someone that will look out for your best interest. Renee Garland was my Realtor when I was looking for a house to buy. Renee was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Renee reviewed all of my paper work to make sure that whatever I was asked to sign was free and clear of any that was not in my best interest. Renee was by my side through every step of the buying process. Renee is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the buying process as well as selling homes. It's been five years since I brought my home,and she's my recommendation to anyone that ask me,if I can recommend a Realtor.

Renee Garland is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. My mom decided she wanted to sell her home so we contacted Renee. The house needed some work done on it so Renee used her resources and had the work completed. She is not a slacker when it comes to putting your home on the market. She did a really good job fixing up my mom's house we almost didn't want to sell....lol The house wasn't even on the market for a week before we had a buyer. Everything went smoothly after that. I will definitely recommend Renee to anyone interested in selling or even buying a home.
