We just finished selling our home and buying a new home with Renee, this is our second time buying and selling with her. Renee is nothing short of amazing and with all the extra work they include with no charge to us (house cleaning, staging and yard clean up and landscaping) we could not be happier. Her and her husband Ryan are a great team and are always available for questions and even have answers!! Would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

Renee has sold two homes for me. Each experience has been a good one and I have nothing but positive things to say. If you are serious about selling your home and want someone who will get the job done, look no further. Her and her husband go above and beyond by having your home cleaned, staged, and landscaped (free of charge). If I had a third home to sell, Renee would be the first and only person I’d go to. 10/10.

I was referred to Renee by a co-worker and she was the second, and final, realtor I interviewed. She won my business through her complete mastery of how to prepare a house for sale and how to price it. She had a cleaning crew come and make my home shiny and new and her husband made my yard clean and healthy (all paid for by the eventual commission). She recommended a listing price that resulted in an over-listing sale within 2 days with very flexible escrow terms; just what I needed! As I was new to selling a home, she was very patient and responded immediately to any questions I had.
Renee also helped me find a new home. I would rate this part as four, rather than five stars as I needed A LOT of direction and explanation of my options when making an offer on a new home in this crazy quick market. She didn't give me much and I really wanted guidance. In the end, I learned from the first two unsuccessful bids I made and the third home worked out nicely - but it was all my decision as we had no conversations about how much to bid, escalation clauses, etc. despite me asking for help. It was also completely up to me to decide upon possible homes. Renee did send me suggestions through her portal, but I was hoping for more guidance (again).
In the end, I enthusiastically recommend Renee as she will be there whenever you need her. Most people don't need the guidance I did, so I know my needs were an exception. Renee was 100% on top of every date, every form, every escrow person, and every hiccup that happens in the buying & selling processes and I trust her immensely.
