She has become such an invaluable resource and friend to our family during our home buying purchase. When I first started working with Renee, I thought I was going to sell my home and downsize. We looked at a LOT of houses. I decided to wait. I would go look at one here and there. Over the next two years or so my circumstances changed... and I was now in a position not only to keep my house, but to purchase a rental house. Renee was right there to help me find exactly what I wanted. I love the new house as much as the one I currently live in. Who knows, the second house may be my personal residence in the future.

Bottom Line... Renee Grimes is the BEST real estate agent I have EVER worked with, and I've worked with several. She is patient, efficient, diligent, knowledgeable, helpful, well connected with support contractors (electricians, plumbers, handymen, etc.) and she is a lovely person. I would absolutely recommend her. On top of all of that, I now consider her as one of my friends, and plan to stay in touch. If you work with Renee, you will be so glad that you did!
