Renee Malachowski

Renee Malachowski has called Southwest Florida home since 1995, living in Naples and Fort Myers before settling in Estero in 2008, where she and her husband raised their family. Her deep roots in the area give her clients a valuable understanding of the Southwest Florida lifestyle, its distinctive communities, and the market insight that comes from truly knowing the region.
Since joining Premiere Plus Realty in 2015, Renee has built her business on professionalism, integrity, and highly personalized service. She is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through each transaction with care, discretion, and attention to detail, helping create a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Renee is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and Bonita Estero REALTORS®. She has further strengthened her expertise by earning additional NAR designations and certifications, and she remains actively involved in the industry through leadership and service. After completing the Bonita Estero REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she went on to serve on the Events Committee, Global Diversity Committee, and the 2026 BER Home Foundation Board of Trustees. She was also recognized as a member of the 2026 Bonita Estero REALTORS® Honor Society.
