Renee’s work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry but followed her from her past careers in Nuclear Radio Pharmaceutical sales & marketing and Non-Profit administration and implementation. Today her strong business ethics continues as a member of the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR), Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Baldwin Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She has been awarded 2020 #3 Top EXIT Agent in Alabama, 2021 Ethel Carter Award Recipient and multiple EXIT Regional Awards and several National EXIT awards. Renee was the 2021 Chair of Baldwin Realtors Professional Development Committee and currently serves as a board member on the Baldwin Realtors Board of Directors and the Baldwin Realtors Foundation. Renee has apprenticed with some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

Renee feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Renee has served her community in many capacities since 2005. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. In Renee’s free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, travel and is an avid concert goer.
