Renee Peterson

In 1987 Renee received her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in Business Administration/Marketing. After graduating she worked in property management and later as a sales representative for Washington Natural Gas.

Her husband was one of the founders and owners of the Arnies and Coho Café restaurants. Their life was very hectic hustling between the four restaurants located in Mukilteo, Redmond, Issaquah, and Edmonds.

Corporate burnout was their reality, but they dreamed of a better life.

They dreamed of living in the charming town of lake Chelan and enjoying the pace of small-town life surrounded by recreation, yet still within commuting distance to their businesses.

In 2003 they mustered their courage and made the break. They enrolled their boys in Lake Chelan High School, her husband commuted a few days a week and she started her lake Chelan real estate career in 2004.
They feel blessed to have made the move to Chelan and raised their boys in this setting. Renee generates excitement and relates her enthusiasm to all buyers interested in the area, because her family and she chose Lake Chelan as their dream location. They are living the dream! They are enriched every day.

Renee is thankful for the success she has attained as a Real Estate Broker in Chelan. With humility, she can tell you that after her initial year she has been in the top ten percentile of all agents for the past nine years.
