Renee Rader

Renee was born in Newport, Rhode Island to a military family and has lived in eight states including California, Alaska, Oregon, New Jersey, and Virginia. Growing up in this ever-changing environment helped Renee learn how to treat others the way she wanted to be treated. It is never easy being the new kid in town. Now a full-time resident of Florida, Renee makes sure she finds out what her clients want and need in their community and their new home. Renee achieved Cum Laude honors at Concordia University in Portland, OR where she majored in Business Management and Communication (BS in Business). Her training and experience provide the skills to connect with clients, helping them become more at ease with the home buying process.

Her background in Communications gives her the much-needed skills to market her clients’ properties and get them the attention they deserve. Those that know Renee say that she is diligent, and honest in word and deed. Besides her real estate sales associate license, Renee is also a Florida Notary Public.

Renee joined D. Basile Real Estate, LLC to give her clients the most advanced marketing, advertising, and technology tools available in the real estate industry.

As a resident of the Suntree and Viera area, she has immersed herself in the community. She volunteered with the Scouts of America for eight years and enjoys outdoor activities; mentoring youth as they strive to achieve their goals. She volunteers and participates in many fundraising activities including the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Salvation Army Red Kettle – Realtor Ring Day, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and Brevard County Humane Society.
