ReShawna was an absolute dream to work with! My partner and I were apprehensive about the whole process, being first time home buyers in a rather hectic market. From the very first phone call, Reshawna explained every step and answered every question we could possibly think to ask (she even has videos in case you need refreshing on your own time!). . Scheduling viewings with her was quick and easy, with us having access to her availability calendar. Her ability to be honest and authentic, while helping us find the things that we hoped for in a new house was absolutely lovely! She surrounds herself with professionals who are capable of getting the job done and are excellent to work with. The fact that she was willing to work at our pace (with us starting to look for a house in October and we just now closed on a house mid November) and help us achieve our goals was really important. She blew our expectations out of the water and we will definitely be working with her again in the future!

My wife and I spent about a month looking for a realtor. We wanted someone with experience in real estate but more importantly, experience with NACA. After watching ReShawna’s YouTube series on NACA we knew she was who we wanted as realtor. From our initial conversation it was clear that we were going to be receiving professionalism, experience, and clear communication from her. She was helpful in finding homes for us to visit and answered ALL of our questions (and trust me, there were a lot). I imagine that everyone goes through issues when working with NACA, but ours felt paramount. After two days of being on the market the house was sold--even without my presence, as I am living in California (really.. who can do this!?).

In June of 2016, we hired ReShawna Leaven to sell our house in Woodbridge, VA. We were probably one of her most difficult clients. We were going to hold out for the right buyers and we made that clear from the beginning.

ReShawna sent over a professional photographer/videographer and posted our house for sale on various websites. ReShawna and her staging partner Sharon staged my house. It never looked so good! She did numerous open houses for us at our convenience. We were only able to show the house with an hour and a half notice as we had a pet to get out of the house. She understood. She handled all aspects of negotiations professionally while guiding us through the process.
