She has extensive new construction & products sales experience giving her a high level of knowledge when evaluating a home and helping when repairs are needed. Rett worked in the land development field for many years with builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, city and county officials, as well as real estate agents and attorneys. She can evaluate development possibilities for parcels, work with engineers and planners to bring projects through the development process. She has a personal history of doing fixers, building new construction homes & remodels. Rett works in the Senior placement world as well. She helps seniors and their families navigate the assisted living and memory care experience with her team of professionals consisting of estate sales companies, will and trust attorneys, financial professional, trusted handymen, senior moving companies & placement specialists. Her network of connections is wide and deep. Rett loves gardening, woodworking, travel, power & sail-boating, scuba diving and flying. Her energy level is high and she works diligently for her clients.
