Local knowledge:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Process expertise:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Responsiveness:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Negotiation skills:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rex Andrews was willing to go over and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Other realtors did not seem as flexible or willing to work around my schedule. Yet with Rex, the time of day whether morning, evening or week-ends, were never burdensome. He was informative about each home and answered my questions within a sufficient and acceptable time frame. As a result, we were able to find what I hope to be the perfect home for me. Had it not been for Mr. Andrews patience and understanding I feel sure that I would still be in the overwhelming stage of looking for the perfect home. However, As I mentioned I am happy to report that I am closing in on a home that is perfect. Mr. Andrews is thoughtful and kind beyond the sale. I highly recommend Mr. Andrews as your realtor. Local knowledge:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Process expertise:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Responsiveness:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Negotiation skills:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well, what can I say? We had a great time looking at houses. Rex bent over backwards to find what we wanted. He has a down-to-earth attitude and is also professional at handling the house finding process. I'm pretty sure the man knows everyone. EVERYONE! At stop lights and and parking lots people were honking and waving saying hi to him. Which made the whole process even more fun because he is a Lubbock native that can tell you anything you need to know about the town. And when I said down to earth I mean in less than an hour we were telling jokes and talking like we had been neighbors for years. If it came to something he didn't know he found out pretty quick. When it came to negotiating he really didn't pull any punches. He was on our side. Had a great time. He was excellent at keeping in touch and keeping us informed. When we looked at houses he gave his honest opinion as well. If something was awesome he said it, if something sucked he was honest about that too. I hope this review gives you some sort of idea as to what kind of man he is. I highly recommend using him not only for Real Estate but anything else you might need. like I said he knows everybody. Babysitters or brick layers he'll hook you up.

However, Rex was very kind, & patient through the whole process and made it much easier, and less intimidating than we imagined. He was always willing to work around our schedule since we lived in another town. He would show us houses, morning, noon, night, and weekends. Whenever, we could make the trip to town, he was always ready and willing to meet with us. We gave him some very specific things we were looking for in a home, and he found the perfect house for us. He went above & beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. Rex is very honest, down to earth, professional, and was a pleasure to work with.
