Spent numerous years as accountant and then 20 plus years in contract negotiations for the energy field. Obtained real estate license 30 years ago for personal use until 5 years ago when I became an agent with RE/MAX Land & Homes. I spent 17 years flipping homes for myself. This required knowledge of contracts to purchase and resell and evaluate condition and ability to restore. During my married life to my wife of 50+ years we have purchased and sold personal homes 13 homes and still living in number 12.

When you look for EXPERIENCE who knows more than the person who has made contracts to purchase and sell 13 homes for themselves which we lived in and approximately 20 homes purchased and resold for profit. The worst profit ever made was $1.00 in the late 80's in Houston when most real estate was under water (negative).
