I cannot say enough about how wonderful Rhiannion is as a realtor. She went above and beyond to help me get into my home on a specific time crunch. She truly cares about her customers and will do anything and everything in her power to help them the best she can with whatever given situation may come her way. She goes out of her way to make sure things are progressing with the buying process and to make sure her customers are completely satisfied. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a home. She loves her job and puts her whole heart and dedication into. I would highly recommend her over and over again. Rhi helped sell my house which to keep it short was an absolute nightmare that she made happen all with keeping us as her main concern! She grounded and talked me down on multiple occasions she really is great at what she does not just the house selling part but connecting with her clients! Rhi handled 2 property sales and 1 property purchase for us last Spring. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always available for any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. All parties had alot to coordinate so closing, moving out and moving in could be done efficiently and Rhi had everything under control. I even had a property tax concern a couple of weeks ago from one of the sales and reached out to her for guidance and she never hesitated a bit to help me. 2 days later I did list my cabin with Rhi. She actually got 20k more than what I initially asked for it.
