Rhianon made what can be, an intimidating experience for a first time home buyer, an easy one. She made me feel comfortable through out the entire process. She is highly organized and knowledgeable about all of the details and intricacies involved in purchasing a home. I would definitely request her services in the future and would highly recommend you do so as well!

We cannot say enough about the quality of our new home search with Rhianon! Considering the competitiveness of the Denver market coupled with the expectations of her buyers (us…), she was nothing but professional, patient, and attentive. Her superior knowledge of the process, insight into the individual communities, and infectious personality set us up for success right from the start. Because of Rhi and her willingness to make herself available no matter the day or time, we were able to find and get into our dream home in less than a month. Absolutely incredible. “Thank you” just feels inadequate.

Rhianon was amazing to work with. We interviewed a few realtors when we started our process and liked her best :) She's very organized & responsive... my partner & I are both consultants, meaning we're type A & like to plan. Rhianon met us every step of the way! We saw at least 30-40 hours over a 2-month period, often seeing 6-7 in one day. Rhianon was always happy to schedule the tours and never minded making herself available to go out with us. She also was very honest (e.g. "would you live here?", "what do you think of this layout?"). Given we saw so many houses with her, she picked up on what we liked and was able to provide tailored feedback. We put a total of two offers (lost the first one) and are super happy with the house we are in now! She also did a fantastic job walking us through all the contracts. After the house sold, there were still permit issues we were dealing with... Rhianon was still part of the process & worked with us + the sellers to get the permit we needed. LASTLY, she is still our go-to for vendor recommendations (e.g. electrician, pest control, you name it) and even sent us an awesome wine month club gift :)

Rhianon provides a wide understanding of the Denver area with a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market, both locally and nationally. We began our search in January of 2021 and closed in April 2021. In that time, Rhianon comfortably guided my wife and I through several Denver neighborhoods as well as the logistics of buying a home. She made herself available via phone, email, and in person at any time. When it came to deadlines, she would even reach out to us with reminders to ensure the process ran smoothly. I could not think of a better person to match what we were looking for in a realtor experience.
