Rhonda was very helpful to me in selling my property. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly. We discussed many options on how to sell it and what my best option would be. She always kept me updated with status of the sale. When it came time for closing, she even helped me arrange for closing in Olathe, Ks so I didn't have to drive down to the lake area just to sign some papers. If you are wanting to sell or buy property in the area, give her a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Professional is Rhonda Boedeker’s middle name and the first thing that comes to mind whenever I think of her. Ethical is the second thing that comes to mind. Rhonda has helped us with two home purchases and our most resent home sale. She has been with us every step of the way, ensuring us that every ‘I’ was dotted and every ‘t’ is accurately crossed. We are worries and the real estate processes are especially worrisome, but Rhonda was always there to reassure us that everything was going as expected. She is very honest, organized, a hard worker, and an excellent communicator!! We looked at several houses. Rhonda never rushed us nor was she pushy! She never got frustrated with us. Rhonda worked with us for many years trying to help us find a lake home that met our expectations. She found several that she thought would be a good fit but we never agreed and kept hoping that the next one would be “the one”. Over the years Rhonda was patient and never gave up and was willing to look at a home for us when we were unable to, even sending pictures and videos to us. The past year was crazy as home prices soared and went under contract above asking within days of listing. We had pretty much given up when we decided to look at a home that had been on the market for a month and Rhonda made herself immediately available to meet us there. She spent time to do a CMA of other homes and came up with a value which we used to make an offer. We went under contract and Rhonda coordinated the inspection and subsequent contractors meeting everyone at the home personally. She really went above and beyond to make this purchase happen and we appreciate all of her efforts!

We had been looking for a lake house for a couple of years, this year was extremely different. The market was high and the homes were gone before you could schedule a visit. Rhonda was always willing to drop everything and take us to look at a home when it appeared on the market because you didn't have time to compare prices or shop around like we had done in the past. She was very knowledgeable with the community, the homes, values, docks, HOA's, internet and she even referred us to someone to help with the financing. She listened to our requests about what we were looking for in a home and encouraged us to be patient, our home would appear.
