Rhonda had my house under contract in 24 hours! Once I made up my mind to sell, I wanted my house listed quickly. Rhonda thoroughly researched my house, listing it at the perfect price with top notch photos. Great advice during negotiations led to achieving the price I wanted! Rhonda Vitale is an amazing business woman who knows how to get the job done. Rhonda handled a short-sale on my property and rocked it! Rhonda was not the first realtor that I had worked with on this property but she was the only one worth keeping. She just did not talk about what she could and would do, she jumped into action and got things done. The short-sale process took nine long months but we finally were able to seal the deal! Rhonda kept me in the loop by not only responding to my emails, and phone calls but also to the demands of the lender.
