Rhona Henderson grew up in the heartland of Iowa, where she developed a strong work ethic and a passion for entrepreneurship. She moved to Texas, there she earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Dallas Baptist University (DBU), which provided her the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the business world.
Rhonda owned and operated a thriving salon for 23 years. Through her hard work, creativity, and a genuine love for her clients, she established herself as a respected business owner in the community by giving back through her community involvement.
Rhonda began her real estate career in 2019 in Texas, specializing in new builds working with a custom builder before transitioning to work for a production builder. With over four decades of expertise in working with people, she has honed her skills in client relations and negotiations. In 2023, she relocated to Northwest Arkansas to be closer to her family and continued her Real Estate Career.

She plays a vital role in the Bella Vista Business Association as the membership chairman and serves in several other local organizations.
