Rhonda's family background consists of residential construction contractors, as both her father and brother are general contractors. Rhonda worked in retail for a few years before spending 19 years in the banking industry. Most of her banking career consisted of residential mortgage loan settlements, home equity loans, and commercial loan settlements.
