Rhonda Shoumate

Rhonda has had her Florida Real Estate License since 1996; however, her first experience in Real Estate was as a 17 year old, moving to Florida from her native Michigan. Her task was to assist her Father in finding a home in the West Palm Beach area so that the rest of their family could follow.

After earning a degree in Speech Pathology, Rhonda moved to Palm Beach with her Husband. She was employed at The Rehabilitation Center for Children & Adults on Royal Palm Way, in the Speech Pathology and Preschool Departments. Rhonda raised three Daughters and helped establish her Husband's General Contracting business in tandem with her Father-In-Law's Architectural office (Belford Shoumate, Architect), before entering the Real Estate profession on the Island of Palm Beach.

Her background in the Architectural/Contracting field was very beneficial in the transition to Real Estate. Rhonda has listed and sold many high-end homes in Palm Beach, as well as homes from Jupiter to Boca, and in the Western communities of Wellington & Royal Palm Beach.

Her knowledge and experience as well as her sincere concern for Buyers and Sellers, has stood the test of time. Rhonda will work diligently to find the home you are dreaming of. Or, if selling your home, she will find your "Dream Buyer"!
