We moved up to Georgia from Florida 14 years ago…WOW, time does really fly by.! Our daughter and her family had moved up before us and used Rhonda Yearwood as their real estate agent. Once we we were ready to move my daughter gave us Rhonda’s name, what a blessing she has been to us over the years. She made us feel very welcome and compassionate to our needs. First she found us a rental home to get us settled and gave us time to get familiar with the area. Once settled she began helping us find our new home! Rhonda is very knowledgeable of Paulding Cty area as well as the surrounding counties. She is dedicated to her clients and works hard to meet all their needs! Rhonda is an awesome Real Estate Agent. Attached is our home, first December in Georgia…Let it snow! This was a bonus for a family from Florida!!!

Let me start by saying that I was new to the area, and under a little stress to find a home. Rhonda was not the realtor I was referred to, but passed off to. But, she treated me as if I was a family friend. She went above and beyond what a normal realtor would have done to make sure my interests were protected. The seller was a very difficult person, who was using an online listing service, and at closing (on the 23rd of December, no doubt) it fell through because he couldn’t get his listing agent to sign. Rhonda took control, said she would represent the seller to get the deal done. They redid the contract, and she got the deal done, all without an additional commission. I will always be thankful for her dedication, and compassion. You don’t find many people like her anymore.
