Having lived in both the upstate and the low country for almost twenty five years, I feel confident in my ability to understand the local needs of clients as well as the culture that potential clients are seeking. As I prepare for a new chapter in my life, I will rely on skills gained in working with the public as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for more than 30 years as well as a parent volunteer for my now adult children.
