Ric Mangialardi

Ric grew up in the Seattle area and attended the University of Washington. From there he went on to co-own and run both Brooks Chevrolet and Issaquah Chevrolet for over 25 years, before following his passion for real estate and transitioning into the Windermere family. Ric has been selling homes in the West Bellevue area for over a decade and has extensive experience as a real estate specialist in Single Family Residential Properties, Investment Properties, and land acquisition. He has also been a board member for the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, donated time on the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) Foundation, as well as being a board member for the Bellevue High School Football Booster Club. He and his wife Candice have been married for 25+ years and have two sons together. Over the past several years Ric has averaged more than twenty million dollars in real estate transactions in the West Bellevue area.
