Ricardo Archila

My name is Ricardo E. Archila. I have worked in the real estate industry since 2005.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients in all situations, from your traditional sale to distressed home owners facing foreclosure. My transactions have benefited from my negotiating experience working with lenders. Many local agents have sought my help in negotiating their short sale deals.

My approach to Real Estate is that nobody is the same and all transactions require special attention as everybody’s needs are different. I can help you purchase your first property all the way to helping you become an investor. There are no cookie cutters. In addition to being a full service realtor, I am also the founder of REdeals LLC.

I have lived in San Mateo County for the last 13 years; I am an expert in the neighborhoods including San Mateo, San Carlos, and Redwood City. I am involved in my local Board of Realtors as the Chair of the Young Professionals Network. When I’m not working, you can find me around town trying new foods in local eateries, working on my bonsai trees, dancing salsa, or training Jiu Jitsu at Charles Gracie Academy.
