Rich Bove

Rich’s love of real estate began in 1994 with the purchase of a few rental properties while he was still living on Long Island, NY. Soon after, he obtained my NY Real Estate license. In 2006, Rich and his wife decided to make a move with their two young children to Wake Forest, NC (just north of Raleigh). He started a small handyman business and did repairs for clients of many real estate brokers. After several years, he decided it was time to obtain his NC real estate license, since he missed assisting others making key decisions to purchase or sell their homes.
After living and raising their children in Wake Forest and visiting the coast for ten years, Rich and his wife decided it was time to move to this area. They loved the area they lived in, but they knew they needed to be by the beach once again. It felt like the right thing to do since they lived close to the beach on Long Island for most of their lives. They definitely made the right decision because they love the weather, lifestyle, and communities that Leland, Wilmington, and the surrounding areas have to offer!

Rich would love the opportunity to show his clients why he feels this is a great place to live. Between the beautiful area beaches, golf courses, Historic Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, wildlife, and beautiful weather that gives clients the opportunity to enjoy all of this and more, Rich knows that he can help his clients find their perfect home.
