My husband has been an acquaintance of Rich for many years. I've never had much interaction with him, but he was always pleasant. I'm VERY happy to say that the pleasant personal side was very much in evidence along with superb professionalism. Rich took what had to be a frustrating set of requirements for our new house right in stride. We have a large family with a somewhat limited budget and he was more than happy to show us around to as many houses as it took. Three offers later (boy the market here in Portland is NUTS!!!!), we have a house that will meet our changing needs for many years to come.

I highly recommend Rich to anyone who is looking for a house. He knows the area, knows what things to keep an eye out for that might be a problem in the future, and he is more able to keep up with lightning fast changes of what is most important in a search for just the right place. If I could post a pop-up on every website dealing with houses or billboards all over the area that say "Do yourself a favor and work with Rich when finding your next home. You couldn't get better!" I would do it in heartbeat!

My wife and i had lived in our previous home for just over 8 years when we decided to pursue purchasing a new home. After speaking/interviewing close to a dozen agents to help us with our buy/sell we sat down with Rich. From the very first time we met, we were blown away with his knowledge and professionalism. Throughout the process, Rich kept a very calm demeanor. When certain things came up that were unexpected, Rich was able to keep us moving in the right direction without skipping a beat. We completed the purchase of dream home and could not have imagined it to go any better. I personally work in the customer service industry and Rich exceeded my expectations. To say I would use him for another purchase, or recommend him to a friend or family member would be a great understatement. Thank you!
